Timothy R. Carter formed Plough-Back Financial in 2004 as a boutique consultancy, specializing in strategic financial analysis.
Our core competencies include strategy consulting, value-based management, and project financial management. We aim to help our clients grow their organizations primarily through an inward-looking approach. Specifically, we assess the value creating activities and associated cost drivers; by deconstructing our client’s value chain, we can better determine whether activities and assets are configured to yield the maximum return on invested capital (ROIC).
